The Commonwealth of Massachusetts requires Massachusetts businesses to have a current Resale Certificate on file with Colony Foods, or you will be charged sales tax. Please print a copy of the form, complete it, and mail to Colony Foods at the address below.

Tax Exempt Orgranizations and Government Agencies
